• TOUR

Our tour price quoted includes transportation, service charge, government tax.
All tour prices are per person, based on a minimum participation of up to two persons.
For one person, surcharge as detailed in the price list.

Our tours transportations use minibus or coach on joined basis. not a private coach except spa arrangement.

If you need accompanied by a private tour escort& private car, we can arrange English,
German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese speaking guide.Additional 700 Baht per person.

Tour price includes transportation from Kata, Karon, Patong area's hotel.
Other area's hotel surcharge 100-250Baht per person as detailed in the price list.

You don't have to pre-payment. We collect on touring day quoted in Thai Baht.
If you need to pay by credit card, we accept Visa or Master Card. Let us knowwhen you book tours.

Cancellation charge: no charge before 3days before tour date.
1-2days before 50%
On touring day 100%
Tour itinerary will rely on tide and weather, it can be changed and other offer without
notice, and no responsively about Acts of Government, Flight delay or personal opinion.

Child fare: 3-12years, under 2years no charge .

We are open Mon to Fri 09:00 to17:00. Sat 09:00-12:00.

• HOTEL

Room rate is based on 1 room 1 night.

Room usually has capacity for 2 persons. Extra bed is available for third person.

Room capacity may restrict number of person depend on grade type of hotel.

Check in time is 14:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.

In the case of late check out or early check in, it is possible to book 50% charge of 1 night rate.

Room rate includes tax, service and ABF

Payment

Transfer money into Thai bank account until 1 month before booking date.

After confirmation of payment, we send customer booking confirmation form on line.

In the case of telephone or FAX, as we send a FAX, take it hotel.

*As for peak season, it is required earlier payment than before 1 month depend on hotel.

 

Cancellation

Although we ask abut payment until 1 month before booking date, as for cancellation after that, it is not refundable if any reason.

 

• GOLF
  

Golf reservation is 1 party for 4 persons.In the case of less than 4 persons, it may be together with other party.

As spiked shoes may be forbidden by some Golf country, it is better to confirm before booking.Our selling price is Green fee.Caddy fee, lental club, kart fee, caddy tip are not included.We can offer two way transfer from/to Hotel for 800~900 baht.
