Due to inclement weather and or other unforeseen circumstances, contents of scheduled activities may be subject to change.


The schedule times provided are given as estimates. There is a possibility that the order of activities or the estimated times may vary.


Pick up times for tours depend on the number of groups participating
from different hotels. Mixed group tours where multiple hotel pick up
stops are required may result in a slight delay in pick up schedule
proposed at /for your hotel.


In the rare case where the tour need be cancelled on the day
due to weather conditions or other circumstances, our staff will notify you at the earliest possibility. Our tours are almost always carried out as scheduled, even in non-optimal weather conditions. As such, individual cancellations requested due to weather conditions will be charged. Upon request, however, we do provide alternative days (next day or the day after the scheduled date) for the original tour booked.


Requests for rescheduing/rebooking or dates change can be made by
contacting our local office staff. Rebooking tours on the day, for
early tours, please contact our local staff at least one hour prior to
scheduled departure. Tours scheduled after 9am must be changed at
least two hours prior to scheduled departure.


Tours we offer are insured for medical care and coverage in case of
injuries or accidents in Thailand. Insurance will be provided in
accordance with the provider policy as listed in the contract. However, we also offer Diving, Marine Sports and Shooting range tours that are excluded from our insurance policies.


Payment is to be made in Thai Baht. Credit Cards are accepted however, will be subject to additional 3-5% transaction fee.


Mixed group・guided tours in English are not hosted by our
company but will be jointly lead by our partners, the ferry/canoe/safri tour
companies. Staff joining on these joint tours will be assigned from our partner companies. In such tours, participants will be picked up in order from individual hotels. This may result in possible delays of 20-30 minutes from your scheduled pick up points. Should your ride does not show after 30 minutes, please contact our local office. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated.



Complaints due to reasons for dissatisfaction including but are not
limited to tours that were: below expectations, have been altered from
scheduled plan, our staff’s conduct not meeting personal needs, tours
cut short due to inclement weather or delayed due to traffic
conditions are excluded from our guarantee and will not be considered for a refund.



Should the contents of the tour conducted provided is clearly
misrepresented, or majority of the schedule has been shortened, you
maybe eligible for a refund / covered by our guarantee. If this is the
case, please contact us at your earliest convenience during the tour.



Failure to contact us during the scheduled tours in case of said
circumstances as above may result in withholding of refund and
forfeiting guarantees when claims are made upon the completion of the
tour or returning to your home country. Force majerure is excluded from
our refund/guarantee policy.
